小麥經過機器拋光處理，去除表面比較粗糙的麩皮部份，留下含胚乳、胚芽及部分麩皮的顆粒，即為小麥粒。

通過SGS農藥零檢出，避免不必要的生產、船運倉儲處理，讓您食用安心。
